Hi! My name is Jessie Brebner, and I am a certified Fertility Awareness Educator with the Natural Family Planning Teachers Association of the United Kingdom. I am a New Zealander, currently living on the Gold Coast of Australia. I am deeply passionate about the power of fertility awareness to transform our lives, health and relationships (both with other humans and with our own bodies!).
Currently, I teach a wonderful group of clients who are trying to conceive. This happens through the Chart To Conceive online self-paced course.
I also provide comprehensive individual coaching for people wanting to use the Symptothermal Method for pregnancy prevention. This takes place in the Natural Contraception online course portal, which is packed with over seven hours of video content and a focus on evidence-based charting practices. I’m also at your fingertips through WhatsApp and video consults.
I truly believe that education is empowerment. My goal as a Fertility Awareness Educator is for all of my clients to feel safe, supported, confident, excited and free with this new information! Not only that, but we break down taboos and learn deeply about the ways that our body speaks to us through cervical mucus, basal body temperature, cervix changes, and secondary fertility signs (such as libido, breast tenderness, bloating, sense of smell and taste, sleep quality and SO much more).
