Hi! I have personally charted my own cycles for 17 years, having learned sympto-thermal methods, Creighton, Marquette, and then finally became certified to teach FEMM in 2021 and am current with my certification. Over the years, I have coached, mentored, supported, advocated, and taught women of all ages from all over the world. I am also a Natural Family Coordinator and Essential Oil Specialist.

I’m great at fertility charting puzzles and collaborate regularly with FEMM providers. My focus is in helping prevent/lower miscarriage occurrences by identifying those women at risk.

While I hold my own beliefs, I respect others’ points of view and will meet people where they are. Everyone is deserving of an education. Every woman I have taught has expressed that they wished they had learned this sooner.

About me: I live an active lifestyle with my 5 children and KCS pup. I’m a Yankee in Dixie, love decaf espresso, and I eat way too much 85% chocolate. I’m also an MBA student!
