I am 31 years old and I was born in Barcelona. I was lucky enough to discover the mountains of the Pyrenees when I was a child, which boosted my adventurous spirit and at the age of 20 I did the integral self-sufficiency trek. After 38 days of isolation in the mountains, I understood that all the answers are to be found in nature.

I studied physiotherapy at E.U Gimbernat, then I did , visceral manual therapy, Master in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology (Regenera University) and Certification as an instructor of the symptothermal method in 2025.

My purpose is for us to live on this planet in a sustainable way and to restore our natural fertility as well as the wisdom to understand our cycle.
