I live with my husband and three children in Orange City. I graduated from Simpson University in Redding, CA with a degree in Cross Cultural Studies. After searching for a NFP method that is effective in all reproductive categories, I learned about Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System through a FertilityCare Seminar presented by a NaPro Medical Consultant. I began training and opened Orange City FertilityCare Center in October of 2012. Completed the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ Practitioner Program at Pope Paul VI Institute for Human Reproduction in Omaha, NE in 2013. I’m certified as a FertilityCare Practitioner by the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals (AAFCP). The Creighton Model can be used by women of all backgrounds who desire to understand, monitor and honor their fertility and gynecological health. In 2020, the center changed its name to Ashwood FertilityCare™ Center as the area of service has grown. ​

I’m also a Certified Labor Doula through Childbirth International. I founded Guiding Star Orange City in 2016 to build a space where women could be celebrated, educated and supported to understand, embrace and love their natural bodies. I now serve as the National Coordinator for the Guiding Star Cycle Show teaching 10-13 year old girls across the country.​

2020 brought the launch of “Charting Health for Young Women” online course for Mothers and Daughters.

I enjoy empowering women / families about healthy lifestyles. I also enjoy spending time with my family. I serve clients in Orange City, Iowa and online.​
