I am a fertility awareness educator certified with the Natural Family Planning Teacher’s Association. I am passionate about bringing knowledge of menstrual cycles and the power of Fertility Awareness to people who menstruate to promote body literacy, empowerment and autonomy over their reproductive health. I offer inclusive, person-forward information and coaching. I have experience with charting post-hormonal contraception and postpartum.
