I am a Fertility Awareness Educator (FAE) recognized by the Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals (AFAP) as well as a certified Sensiplan Consultant and have been passionate about fertility awareness since 2015.

I primarily teach sympto-thermal methods, but also support sympto-hormonal, mucus-only, BBT-only, calendar, and postpartum methods. I aim to meet people where they’re at and find the method that works best for them in order to provide benchmark fertility awareness education, whether it’s as a form of birth control, to optimize conception, or for insight into cycle health.

Previously trained and certified in FEMM and teenFEMM, self-study of Two-Day Method, Standard Days Method, and the Sympto-Thermal Method outlined in the book, “Taking Charge of Your Fertility”.
