I am a Fertility Educator who is certified to teach the FEMM method and have been certified since 2020. I teach one-on-one sessions with women (and partners), mostly via online video meetings. I have experience teaching women with both regular & irregular cycles. I have both personal and professional experience in charting with PCOS/hormonal imbalance.

My husband and I have been practitioners of both the Creighton & FEMM methods over the course of 9 years. I was drawn to teach FEMM to other women/couples because it has helped me on my own fertility journey so much! I love that I am able to refer clients to the FEMM medical management branch when needed, and they will be in good hands, with doctors who care and want to find the root cause of their issues. I have struggled with hormonal imbalance, PCOS, and recurrent miscarriage in my own life. These experiences have impassioned me to walk with others through their own journeys. By teaching people how to chart their cycles and the health science behind it, I help to empower them in the knowledge of their own bodies. They can then use this for health tracking & family planning. Through this education women are able to become their own best advocates in the reproductive health arena.

I have an additional certification to teach TeenFEMM – this course is geared toward middle school/early high school students as a more in-depth reproductive health class than they are likely to get in school!
