I am a certified Marquette Method Instructor and OBGYN Physician Assistant by trade. I teach with a mindset of making the method work for each client and their lifestyle.

With my medical background I’m also continually monitoring for red flags that warrant medical evaluation. I am very knowledgeable about medical practices in the Twin Cities area that know how to take a clients chart and guide further medical intervention.
