I am a certified FEMM and teenFEMM educator and founder of Cycling Naturally in San Luis Obispo, California. Cycling Naturally (https://cyclingnaturally.com) is a place where women are encouraged to gain body literacy, chart for their own knowledge, and learn how to naturally avoid or achieve pregnancy. Lexi specializes in both the sympto-hormonal method and sympto-thermal method.

My goal is that every woman can know, understand, and love their body the way it deserves to be known and loved.
