Hey there! I’m Liz (aka your friendly, neighbourhood womb warrior).
I am here to help people take back their cyclical superpower and cultivate deeper body literacy. I have learnt first hand how charting and understanding our cycles leads to more self acceptance and confidence, and I believe that the world needs more of that and more of us feeling at home in our bodies!!
As an educator, I have a background in biomedical science and am passionate about providing people like you with reproductive health education so that you can make informed, empowered decisions about your body. I predominantly teach FEMM + basal body temping for health, conception and contraception. I also offer menstrual cycle awareness workshops, services and products where I teach you about the power of the menstrual (ovulation) cycle and how to use it as a superpower.
When I’m not chatting all about cycles you will find me down at my local beach in Mulubinba (Newcastle) with my partner, dancing up a storm, or relaxing with a cup of tea in hand.
