I’ve recently had personal experience of charting postpartum and very happy to help you through this journey. I equally have about 7 years experience charting to avoid pregnancy, and some to achieve it. I started teaching in 2018 and have updated and honed my courses, assessments and feedback over the years. The aim is to bring you an easily digestible way of learning fertility awareness with heart felt support and guidance through out the process and beyond, if and when your stage of reproductive life changes.
