Fertility awareness education is close to my heart. As a teen, I experienced long, unpredictable cycles – what I now know was PCOS – and that continued into my 20s, leading to infertility when I began trying to conceive with my husband. I felt lost and so overwhelmed by information that I didn’t know where to even start looking for answers.

When we finally decided to see a fertility specialist, I conceived twins – so my goal quickly shifted from achieving pregnancy to avoiding another pregnancy for a while after the arrival of our boys. At this point I finally found what I had been looking for – an official FAM with an instructor who could educate me to the level I’d been hoping for and help with family planning goals.
