I’m a fertility awareness educator and cyclical coach with a passion for empowering women to understand and embrace their menstrual cycles. My approach goes beyond the traditional scope of FAM coaching by emphasizing the beauty and power inherent in our cycles. I believe that our cycles are not only natural and vital, but they also hold immense knowledge about our overall health and well-being.

As a cyclical coach, I focus on helping women connect deeply with their bodies, trust their instincts, and harness the wisdom of their cycles. I aim to provide a holistic understanding that goes beyond just using fertility awareness methods for conception or birth control. By learning to chart their cycles, women gain invaluable insights into their hormonal health, emotional patterns, and physical needs.

I feel best placed to serve women who are seeking a deeper connection with their bodies and a more profound understanding of their menstrual health. My teaching style is relatable, open, and supportive, offering clear and simple guidance. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where women feel empowered to ask questions and share their experiences.

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring nature on the Thai island where I live, play music (I’m also a singer), and I’m very much into personal development. These activities nourish my passion for holistic health and inspire me to continue learning and growing as an educator. My values of authenticity, compassion, and empowerment are at the core of my work, driving me to help women appreciate and celebrate the natural rhythms of their bodies.
