I’m a holistic sexual and reproductive health educator and embodiment guide offering intersectional, trauma-informed, gender-inclusive education and care across the reproductive continuum. I specialize in symptothermal method for contraception, cycle-honoring care & ritual, preconception fertility support, and traditional postpartum care.

My work also includes somatic practices, pelvic embodiment, and holistic pleasure anatomy education for all bodies. I center body autonomy, reproductive justice, and earth-honoring ritual in both individual sessions and community-based offerings, online and in person. I support reclaiming knowledge of our bodies and tuning in to our own body’s wisdom.
