I began teaching the Marquette Method in 2025 after switching to Marquette myself while navigating my first postpartum experience.

I began my nursing career as an Air Force Critical Care nurse before separating from the military just before having my first child.

I graduated with a Masters in Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2024 and completed nursing school at The University of Pittsburgh in 2015. I’m passionate about how environmental exposures shape health.

I reside in southern New Hampshire with my husband and two children. I enjoy spending time outdoors enjoying New England’s beauty and baking sourdough.
