Hi!! I’m a Boston Cross Check instructor and I absolutely love helping other women and couples learn how to understand their fertility!

It’s truly a gift to be able to help women REALLY family plan according to what they feel called to whether it’s a new baby, spacing before another, or if their family is complete.

I have 3 children and with my last being a surprise baby (yes I was charting 🤪) I understand the importance of GOOD instruction and clear guidance.

I like to think of myself as becoming your instructor bestie. You have a question, I’m here! You don’t fully understand something, I’m awesome at wording it in a very down to earth way. I’m not going to get all science”y” on you unless you need that lol.

I want you to be able to understand your body in the most simple terms so it’s easy to grasp!!
