Hello! My name is Patricia and I am a first-gen Latina born and raised in Texas. (Os meus pais São do Brasil então eu também posso ensinar em português).

I am an engineer that stumbled upon Toni Weschler’s Taking Charge of Your Fertility and have been obsessed with all things fertility awareness ever since. I was certified through FEMM in 2024. Fertility awareness is without a doubt the most empowering thing I have ever learned as an owner of a uterus. I am passionate about sharing the tool of charting with people curious about their bodies and wishing to embark on the incredible journey of body literacy.

Expect one-on-one sessions where we learn everything you wish you had learned about your cycle in sex ed but didn’t. We go over the ins and outs of charting, debunk period myths, nerd out about how cool it is to identify ovulation during our chart reviews, and hopefully have a great time doing it all.

I am still accepting clients at a discounted rate to build up my teaching experience. No matter what season of life you are in I am confident learning fertility awareness will equip you to work WITH your body instead of against it.
