I’m lucky to have a background of many areas on women’s health as this gives me a unique lens of looking at their journeys.

I’m a medical graduate, holding Masters degree in global health sciences at the University of Oxford, a childbirth educator, a lactation consultant (ibclc) and a fertility awareness teacher in 2 methods (and one of the very few FABM teachers in the Arabic speaking countries).

What brought me to fertility awareness is my own healing journey, and I have seen how it has positively contributed to my relationship with my body and myself.

I am a lifelong learner and a work in progress all the time, keen to present my services in a holistic and a trauma informed way so that women can make their own informed health choices.

I enjoy slow paced life, working part time, continuing my therapy journey and geeking about trauma therapies.
