Hi my name is Reika and I am a Fertility Awareness and Holistic Sexual Health Educator and a yoga teacher. I was born in Nepal, grew up in Japan, and lived and traveled all over the world but now I call Long Beach, California my home. I teach Sympto-Thermal Fertility Awareness methods for those seeking a natural contraceptive, for someone trying to conceive, and/or for those who would like to understand their hormonal health. I am also a yoga teacher, and I love to incorporate conscious movements into the Body Literacy Practice. I love sharing with menstruators about how to live in alignment with our cycles and hence feel more connected to nature. I believe that when we can live in alignment, we can FLOW into the life we were meant to be living, be who we were meant to be, with joy and contentment from deep within.
