I am a Fertility Awareness Method educator with a holistic and open approach. I am the only educator within my organization specializing in Fertility Awareness education. I continually pursue additional training in this field and am currently preparing for further certification with NFPTA.

I possess comprehensive and in-depth knowledge in women’s health. I deeply enjoy meeting with women and offer attentive listening and support. Many women feel a sense of “home” with me. I work with women using the “Shala” method, a technique focused on energetic release from the womb to allow new life and growth to enter.
