I’m a full spectrum reproductive/sexual health and fertility awareness educator, with a wide-ranging background from midwifery and lactation support to permaculture and outdoor education! I currently live on Kalapuya lands in northwestern Oregon.

I work 1-on-1 (mostly virtual) with folks navigating the reproductive continuum, with a focus on sympto-thermal cycle tracking for effectively avoiding pregnancy, for getting pregnant, and for increasing body literacy and gauging reproductive health. With an extensive background in herbalism and nutrition, I take a holistic approach when examining signs of potential hormone imbalances and work with clients to come up with appropriate responses to cycle challenges. My experience includes working with folks using donor sperm, IUIs, and at-home insemination for conception, and I am supportive and affirming of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures. I am also experienced with the complexities of using fertility awareness postpartum. In addition to teaching privately, I work through the Maven Clinic to provide fertility awareness and reproductive health education to clients around the world who have access to this platform through their health insurance. I occasionally teach group classes.

In addition to fertility awareness education, I consult about other methods of birth control, emergency contraception, and abortion, including herbal and at-home approaches.
