I’m a nurse and a Certified Marquette Method of NFP instructor (MMCP). I’m also the owner of NFP Coach LLC, an online membership-style program that gives clients the flexibility to learn NFP on their own schedule but also work individually with a coach through private consultations. I’ve found that this format gives clients the personalized support they need to achieve autonomy with the method in all different circumstances and stages of fertility from understanding fertility as a single woman and marriage prep to postpartum, PCOS, and perimenopause. I also love the challenge of helping couples practice NFP with more complex circumstances. I have been working with women and couples in this capacity since 2011, reaching over a thousand women around the world.

I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Marquette Method Professional Association as the President (2023-25) and President-Elect (2021-23.)
