I’m a fertility awareness educator since 2012, and I’ve continued developing my practice since then with different fertility awareness training institutes. Today, the two methods that I teach are Sensiplan and Eden Fertilité. Sensiplan is the most scientific approach, it demands rigour but has high effectiveness. Eden Fertilité follows broadly the same rules as Sensiplan, but it has a more holistic view of your charts. I’m also a naturopath. I guide women to have healthy cycles and fertility!

Je suis naturopathe spécialisée en santé féminine et conseillère en symptothermie. Je pratique la symptothermie à titre personnel depuis plus de 10 ans. Je l’ai utilisé en contraception, en conception et en contraception pendant mes allaitements. J’ai déjà accompagné plusieurs centaines de femmes/de couples à cette méthode d’observation. Je forme également d’autres conseillères en symptothermie dans l’école Éden Fertilité, école que j’ai cofondé en 2017. Étant également naturopathe, j’ai toujours une approche holistique des cycles menstruels et apporte des solutions pratiques pour mieux vivre la fertilité.
