I’m a certified Fertility Awareness Educator and founder of Habibi Fertility. As a Portuguese Shia Ismaili Muslim woman of South Asian heritage with a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law, I bring an intersectional and inclusive lens to menstrual, sexual, and reproductive health education.
At Habibi Fertility, I teach people how to chart their cycles and track evidence-based ovulation signs for birth control. My work centers a fundamental belief: understanding your body should be a right, not a privilege. Habibi Fertility is an inclusive community dedicated to dismantling taboos about periods, contraception, sex, and body literacy so participants can make informed decisions.
At its core, Habibi Fertility believes body literacy is a human right. My work challenges stigma and misinformation about menstrual health and ensures that menstrual literacy available to all, regardless of cultural background, relationship status, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age, or race.
Habibi Fertility is the result of my 6 years of using the Fertility Awareness Method, my certification as a Fertility Awareness Educator and my ten years of international experience in gender equality and anti-discrimination.
