I’m Sophie, a Fertility Awareness & Sexual Health Educator who’s dedicated to empowering folks to connect to the innate wisdom of their bodies and menstrual cycles. I was born in The Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, where I currently live & practice. I’m passionate about providing rural access to basic health information and, through my work as an educator, hope to contribute to expanding the network of holistic reproductive health care in Montana & beyond. In 2025 I will begin to offer coaching for folks with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea who are ready to recover their menstrual cycles & heal their HA.
