Hi, I’m Stephanie, a Registered Nurse, Women’s Health and Fertility Educator, and I can’t wait to start working with you!
I started my services after working in the women’s health, and IVF space and noticing gaps in these services and the need for more education and to sometimes take things back to basics. On a personal note, I also needed fertility assistance on my path to parenthood, so I know first-hand how hard TTC can be.
But that’s why I’m the perfect person to have on your team to help you learn about your reproductive health! Using my extensive clinical expertise, my further studies and personal experiences, I want to empower you to learn about your body, menstrual cycles and fertility. By providing the knowledge and tools you need to be in control of your fertility, no matter if you are trying to avoid or achieve a pregnancy!
I’m also on a mission to change the narrative around fertility and why all people should care about being fertile, regardless if they want to get pregnant or not. As being fertile means, you’re ovulating, and having healthy menstrual cycles, which is a sign of good overall health. I believe this is something we should all learn to be able to make informed decisions about our reproductive health over our reproductive life.
Ultimately, I want you to love your period, use it as a tool to assess your fertility and health and have confidence that you understand your body and menstrual cycles.
