I am a Justisse HRHP and sexual educator. Teaching fertility awareness is truly one of my passions, and I strive for a day when it is part of the common knowledge taught in schools all over the world.

I teach fertility awareness to clients who want to avoid or achieve pregnancy or who want to get to know and analyze their cyclical health. I work holistically, addressing the diet- and lifestyle changes you as a client can make to support your cyclical health. My goal is always to meet you where you are, paying mind to the circumstances that have led you to seek my support.

LGBTQ+ rights are close to my heart and I strive to make gender-inclusive language a given part of my field as I find the language around fertility awareness is often cis- and heteronormative. I am a member of the local board for the Swedish Association for Sexuality Education which works with LGBTQ+ rights and sexual education.
