Hi I’m Winnie, mother of 2 and certified Sensiplan educator. With Studio Cyclus I use my passion for both illustration and fertility awareness to provide tools and information to people who want to get to know their natural cycle.
I found Sensiplan in my search for a hormone-free alternative after coming off the pill, starting by practising menstrual cycle awareness. 
I have a deep respect for the innate wisdom of our bodies, and the cycles of pregnancy, birth and fertility, and I’m grateful that I found a way to tap into that wisdom and navigate life with my cycle as my guide. I’d love to show you how you can do that too!

Ik vond Sensiplan in mijn zoektocht naar een hormoonvrij alternatief nadat ik stopte met de pil. Na mijn laatste zwangerschap begon ik meer bewust op het ritme van mijn cyclus te leven en kwam ik uiteindelijk bij fertility awareness terecht. Ik heb een diep respect voor de aangeboren wijsheid van ons lichaam en onze cycli van zwangerschap, geboorte en vruchtbaarheid, en ik ben dankbaar dat ik een manier heb gevonden om die wijsheid aan te boren en door het leven te navigeren met mijn cyclus als mijn gids.
