Hello! I am a fertility awareness educator in training under FEMM. Ever since stumbling upon Toni Weschler’s Taking Charge of Your Fertility, I have been obsessed with all things fertility awareness, and it is without a doubt the most empowering thing I have ever learned as an owner of a uterus. I am passionate about sharing the tool of charting with people curious about their bodies and wishing to embark on the incredible journey of body literacy.

Expect one-on-one sessions where we learn everything you wish you had learned about your cycle in sex ed but didn’t, we go over the ins and outs of charting, we review your charts and nerd out about how cool it is to identify ovulation, and just have a great time doing it.

I wrap up my practice training in June 2024, and will be accepting clients at a discounted rate through the end of the year.
