I’ve been fascinated by all things fertility awareness since discovering this topic in college, and I love seeing the way that tracking fertility helps women to live more in tune with our bodies. Women receive so many messages telling us to work against our bodies or to blame our bodies in one way or another – fertility awareness is an invitation to work with your body, not against it.

I have previous training in the Family of the Americas natural family planning method, and I am currently certified to teach the FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management) method. One thing I love about FEMM in particular is that it focuses on awareness of holistic health and wellness in addition to family planning.
