Hi my name is Emma Merritt. I am in training as a certified natural fertility awareness instructor with NFPTA and a menstrual cycle coach trained with Jema lee at cyclical school.

I am Australian and live between Dubai and the Gold Coast in Australia. Like many, I discovered fertility and menstrual cycle awareness when I came off the pill in my desire to prepare my body for a future pregnancy. I used the sympto thermal method for natural contraception and I successfully used it to conceive my (now) 2 year old daughter.

I am really passionate about supporting others in reaching their desired goals and meeting new people who are also passionate about the menstrual cycle! My intention is for you to feel supported and enjoy learning about your body so you can feel confident and empowered, taking this knowledge with you forever through all of life’s big transitions. I like to weave menstrual cycle awareness in with a focus on tuning into your intuition and understanding your bodies cyclical nature alongside learning how to chart for your fertility, blending personalized guidance with evidence- based knowledge.

Outside my passion for fertility awareness I love honoring each phase of my cycle through rituals, I travel more than I am still, I skydive, kite surf, paraglide and surf. I love hard and challenging adventures that allow me to experience life in unique ways. But more than anything I simply love being with my daughter every day. Motherhood has only strengthened my love and my message to share fertility awareness with others.
