I am a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator as well as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and an ADAPT Certified Functional Health Coach. I am passionate about using body literacy and fertility awareness as a tool to gain greater insight to our individual bodies so that we can feel empowered to make decisions based on those insights in alignment with what’s most important for each of us. As someone who also has various conditions impacted by my cycle—Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)—not only do I understand that value of having a deeper understanding of my body’s physiology and function but I also understand how complex and challenging it can be to live in an ableist world not designed to support my physiology and needs. I strive to meet every client where they are at and hold a non-judgmental, empathic space. You are the expert in your own body and ultimately, my role is to support you in that.
