I am 30 years old and I was born in Barcelona. I was lucky enough to discover the mountains of the Pyrenees when I was a child, which boosted my adventurous spirit and at the age of 20 I did the integral self-sufficiency trek. After 38 days of isolation in the mountains, I understood that all the answers are to be found in nature.

I studied physiotherapy at E.U Gimbernat, then I did a CORE course, visceral manual therapy course and the Master in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology (Regenera University).

My purpose is that we humans can return to sustainably and healthily inhabit this planet, in peace and harmony, abundance and love.

As you can see, I am a very transparent and approachable person, and I will be fascinated to find all the possible tools to help you with your goals.
