I am a Brussels-based nutritionist and qualified Sensiplan instructor, teaching the double-check sympto-thermal method.

I can help you with demystifying your cycles, getting to know your body better, gaining health insights through charting, coming off hormonal birth control, and learning to use the sympto-thermal method for contraception or for pregnancy achievement, depending on what you are looking for.

For me the sympto-thermal method is also about empowerment. I offer evidence-based and up-to-date information so that you can make well-informed choices about your body. I also offer a friendly and safe space to discuss anything related to your cycles, contraception and pregnancy achievement, you would like to share or ask about.

If you are new to the sympto-thermal method and would like to become an independent user, we will meet/talk 5 times over the course of approximately 3-5 months, depending on your rhythm and the length of your cycles.

You can also book a one time session with me for follow-up or for any questions related to the sympto-thermal method.

For all new clients I offer a 15 minutes initial talk free of charge. All people with cycles are welcome.
