I am here to share this radical and revolutionary practice with other people with ovaries and believe this work guides people to take power back and reignite a relationship with their bodies.

I love working with people who are just starting out on a body literacy journey as well as people who have been practicing a while who maybe want an extra set of eyes on their practice and charts. I work as a practitioner on Maven and through that see more than 15 different cases a month covering people coming off of HBC, people with long cycles, menstruators with PCOS, people with hypothyroidism, and lots of folks starting their preconception journeys.

I believe there are still many gates set up which rely on people not knowing the astounding information their bodies hold and I’m here to tear down those barriers with all of you!

I self-taught FAM using the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility and have been using the Fertility Awareness Method as contraception since 2010. I certified in one of the two secular educator training programs offered in North America and am continuing my education with a certification in a cervical mucus-only method, The Billings Ovulation Method.
