When I was a young adult my father, a medical doctor, asked to try out the self-learning version of Couple to Couple League. As a young women understanding the language of my body gave me self confidence and feeling at ease how to manage fertility and sexuality in relationship. Meeting my husband I took him already during the first months of our friendship to a course of Sensiplan. This gave him an eyeopener what are also women about.
Learning the Fertility Awareness Method of Sensiplan gave us self control and self responsibility over our own fertility and sexual health. We both took the course to become a certified Sensiplan educator in 1998 at the University of Louvain, Belgium. Sensiplan with its double symptom check (cervical mucus and temperature) is a reliable, natural and simple FAM.
I’m training women and couples. Sensiplan can be used when coming off contraception as well as during breastfeeding.
I prefer personal contact as this provides more interactivity and hands-on interpretation of charters. After so many years I still stand in amazement every time women discover the world of their fertility.
I invite you to meet me for approximatively 4 times over 3-5 months to become a trained user of the Sensiplan, sympto-thermal method.
